Refund Policy

Only the reason followed for refund request can be accepted

  1. Merchandises broken before unpacked
  2. Merchandises are not match the purchasing list (missing; wrong; different from the picture)
  3. Package lost.

Refund Process:

  1. Please send photos of the merchandises which need refund
  2. Pack and send back the broken merchandiseswe will refund you the money along with the freightPlease send Freight payment prove after sendingwhen we receive the merchandises.

We will refuse the refund request for the following reason:

  1. Merchandises broke by customers, or reasonable loss in transit (such as crystal clusters);
  2. Customer lost connection when courier deliver the boxes;
  3. The address not right that offered by customer before sending;
  4. Customer can’t pick the boxes in time when local express only offer “No Touch Delivery Service”;
  5. Express can prove the boxes are delivered to correct address;
  6. Customer can’t assist the work of customs clearance that lead to boxes lost or being sent back.

We can’t grantee the delivery time for uncontrollable factors. International express is not stable because of the virus, so we don’t make compensation for PENDING.
